Download the .dmg, open it, and drag CaptureSOPs Agent to Applications. Right-click the app and select Open to launch it the first time.
Open System Settings → Privacy & Security. Add CaptureSOPs Agent to both Screen Recording and Accessibility (click +, navigate to Applications, select the app, toggle on).
Launch the app, enter your name and the company code from your administrator, then click Start Recording. The agent runs silently for 7 days.
